My contract has been suspended due to unverfied client payment method. But client shows me that he already pay some amount. Total amount on contract is more then he pay. Now he is not finding a way to add other amount. He said he also try to contact upwork but no one reply. So, what should I do?

Hi dear, Still client get no solution to add remaining payment. I really don't want client get frustrated and leave project as it is (He is newbie). I spent a lot of time on his project all will get waste.
