Hi
One of my client's account was suspended by Upwork and I was guided by Upwork not to work on that project. The client ended the contract and left a very negative feedback on my agency's profile (i don't know why or how). I was advised by the community to refund the amount and feedback won't show on profile. I have refunded all of the amount (it was just $15) but the feedback is still showing. Any help?

When did you refund? It takes a few days.
