Client gave me a wrong review. Said he mixed up the freelancers.

Hey!

 

So I had a very cool client, job was completed successfully. However!

 

Clinet gave me a negative review, and later in the Upwork chat he admitted to it.

I gave him the ability to change the feedback, but now he is unresponsive (he told me that he is going on a trip).

 

I was advised to contact Upwork support on

https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us

But the button "Get Help" under "Contact Us" does not work:( 

 

Any other ways to contact Upwork regarding a mismatched review? I have all required chats.

The client has 14 days to change the feedback. Keep an eye on it and maybe message him once more before the time is up.

You could also try to dispute the feedback if he does not change it.
