Client give me negative feedback.

The client gives me negative feedback, I complete the work according to his given instruction.

Job completed successfully. After completing the job he starts blackmailing me for negative feedback.

He says that he want refund all of the amount or he will give negative feedback. I didn't refund him and he gives me negative feedback. I don't know what should I do now. JSS dropped to 60% from 90%. And I am unable to get more projects. I am in a huge depression I don't know what to do?
