Client has given me the feedback 2 weeks ago but still not appearing on my profile.

My client has given me a 5-star review but it is not appearing on my profile. I forget to give him the review. is it the reason causing it to not appear on my profile?

Thank you for your message. I see there is more than one contract closed in the last 2 weeks. Could you please share the title of the contract you are referring to?

You can only see your clients review only when you have already reviewed them otherwise you won't see their review. Once you have given your feedback you can see it too.

Or after 14 days have elapsed since the contract ended. Whichever comes first.
