I am disputing a refund request on a completed milestone with the funds in escrow. I have responded to everything when requested, etc but to no resolve. It's got to the mediation stage. In the group discussion I have given my side of the story with links to the work I completed within the 3 working days time limit. It has now passed the time limited and the client has not responded, does this mean the dispute falls in my favour and the funds will be released to me? It's a bit confusing the dispute process I am finding in genral.
