I have a client who has overpaid. She opeend 3 separate jobs for one project and has gotten very confused. The jobs are all closed now. How do I go about giving her a refund?

Click on the contract you want to make a refund on in your listing of jobs and then click on the three dots in the upper right. You'll get a dropdown option to make a refund.
Be careful how you do this, though. You don't want to end up with any zero pay contracts.

Go to your Contracts page. Click on the “three dots” icon that is next to a contract listing.
This reveals a drop down menu. Select the “Refund” option.
You can refund money associated with any of these contracts, even though they are closed.
