Client has overpaid

I have a client who has overpaid. She opeend 3 separate jobs for one project and has gotten very confused. The jobs are all closed now. How do I go about giving her a refund?

Click on the contract you want to make a refund on in your listing of jobs and then click on the three dots in the upper right. You'll get a dropdown option to make a refund.

 

Be careful how you do this, though. You don't want to end up with any zero pay contracts.

Go to your Contracts page. Click on the “three dots” icon that is next to a contract listing.

 

This reveals a drop down menu. Select the “Refund” option.

 

You can refund money associated with any of these contracts, even though they are closed.

I was trying to identify the client that you are referring to on your post, but was unable to confirm the client's identity based on your closed contracts. I was hoping to ask the team to reach out to the client, so that we can assist him further with navigating the website. 

Do you mind sharing a Contract ID I can use as reference?
