Client hasn't received testimonial request after three days

I sent a testimonial request to a client I worked with in the past outside Upwork and till now, after three days, the client hasn't received the request. Please help resolve this.

Hi! How does one get a new testimonial request? My client took too long to respond and now can't find the email. I said I'd try to get a new one sent. Thanks!
