Client having trouble to hire me.

Hi,

This is the 3rd time client having an issue to hire. 
1st issue: The client tried to hire directly but I never receive mail or notification. 
2nd issue: Client hire but later own contract got suspended still in that state its almost a month now.
3rd issue: Client saying "I need to update the company info, to hire, I updated the company info and still is not letting me". 

Please look into the problem. can provide more details on need.

If the client is suspended, they need to work with Upwork to resolve it. There is nothing you or anyone else can do.

The only reason Upwork will actually suspend someone is due to their payment method not being valid - either their card on file expired or was cancelled. I would stay away from them after all these issues. To me it's a red flag that they are not looking to pay for work, or are so disorganized or confused that they can't find one minute to input a new card number...
