Client hire freelancer base on what foremost!

Hi,

I was wandering, what makes a client attracted to a freelancer and make him hire this freelancer.

I mean, what are major factors here on Upwork, Does JSS makes big impact on that? Any tips please as I am currently facing bigggG drop in my JSS which makes it hard for me to get job with new clients even am very skilled at my niche. Please help!

Shehab, you need to stop obsessing about this.

Every client is different. Work on your making your proposals stand out and make sure future jobs go 100% perfectly. Obsessing over your JSS won't change it or win you any work. All you can do now is throw your energy into fixing it.
