Client is asking for a refund

Hi is there anyone experienced when a client is dissatisfied with your job? And asking for a refund? I worked my ass hard to minimize time. He wants to only have 1 minute for each entry with 9 rows to fill in and with some internet research? Could that 1 minute will do?
