Hi
i was working with a client and he was very happy with the designs and stuff.
after that when i requested him to increase the hourly rates, he canceled the project and requested for refund for the entire project.

The contract was ended already, and he gave a very nice review. but now i don't want to work with him because of his behavior (Not allowed to even stand for the washroom break while working on an hourly based).
he wrote an email to Upwork about this and asked for a full refund and i gave him all the files and stuff.
what should I do please suggest.

My advice is to not give him his money back if you did the work and delivered what was agreed upon.
