Hello.
I'm a new freelancer here.
Recently I've had interview with one client.
He is a American. we've discussed several time about the project. At least he sent source code to modify.
But, he closed this job yesterday.
I really don't understand. I guess his English is not good. he is not native.
I lost only my connections.
😞

Sergey,
This happens. For whatever reason (job isn't available anymore, he found someone else he preferred, just didn't think anyone was right for the job), the client closed the job. Just move on. Good luck!

There could be a number of reasons for this, Sergey. There are millions of people in this country who came here from all over the world and are non-native English speakers. He could be one of these people and may or may not be an American citizen.
It could also be that he is lying about his background.
Possiblity number three is that he is an American, but his grammar is poor.
