Client is mileading information

Hi all,

I recently applied for a job where client asked for my state Driving License. I fortunately gave it to the client but I realized later that I should not have done that.So, I politely messaged the client, I do not want to forward the application. Can you please delete all of my information including my driving license and other personal information.

He said okay. Later on, I received an email that showed :Your proposal for Customer Service Representative was declined for the following reason:Applicant requesting to work outside of Upwork . I never mentioned that. Although I have the proof to prove that.

What should I do now ?
