Hi there, i have completed a job and the client is not agreeing to pay me and end the contract. I have been trying to contact upwork support and they are not responding to my tickets. Can somebody help me please, how do i proceed in this case?

Fixed, hourly? If you submitted for payment (fixed) or tracked hours (hourly), you will get paid automatically.

Yes it is fixed, but i want to open a dispute with this client and support is not answering me.

About what? There is nothing to dispute. You submit for payment, you get paid.

Hi Emanuela,
I checked your contract and I can see that you have already requested the payment under your milestone. After 14 days the funds will be transferred to your account if no actions are taken on the milestone. Keep in mind that if you resubmit the work again you will reset the 14 days period.
