If you submitted the work via the "submit work and request payment" function on the contract and the client does not request changes, you get paid automatically 14 days later.

If you still have not please submit your work on the milestone created on your contract by using the green button Submit work, if no actions are taken on the milestone the funds will be transferred to you after 14 days. If the client asks for a refund you will have the option to reject it and open a dispute with our meditation team.

That is only in the rare cases where a client disputes or fails to pay. I can't include every little detail of every obscure "what if" scenario or they get too confusing and too big... In the vast majority of cases it's not that complicated...
