Client is not responding

I have a client who created a contract with me almost 4 months ago since that he is not replaying " I haven't started the work yet as I need more permission from his side" now if I have closed the contract will that affect my jss or any thing else?

You can close contract. It won't affect JSS if client won't leave feedback. Client able to leave private feedback there.

Or just leave contract opened.
