Client is not responding

Hey all,

A month ago, I secured a client on Upwork for photo editing. I completed the work and delivered his high-quality photo within a day. The job has been completed automatically after 14 days but it is still open. I messaged my client several times but he has not responded to any of my messages or attempts to contact him in the past month. Can I close the job? Will it affect my JSS? Please quote me.

Yes you can close the job. As far as the JSS, I am unsure.
