Client is providing link to apply to job outside of upwork.

Hello gurus,

I have a question. I saw a job posting where the client was posting a link to some sort of Google Form, where you could signup for the job (outside of upwork). I just wanted to ask, isn't this against the ToS?

Only if it asks for contact details other than your Upwork profile in the google form.

I just checked it out. It requires a link to your portfolio and social media account. So I guess that is okay?
