I have a client outside to Upwork and we wanted to continue our business through Upwork. He posted a Job at Upwork and I applied for the job. Somehow he is unable to see my bid(Proposal). Please let me know in what cases, client will not be able to see freelancer's job application. e.g. If a freelancer apply for a job beyond his mentioned expertise in his Upwork profile?
I am waiting to hear from You soon.

A lot of times, Upwork hides some freelancers bids on certain openings. They say that they have some algorithm which detects whether a freelancer is not suitable for the position, and then the bid is completely hidden. I raised a ticket once for this and below I am quoting the reply from Upwork.

Vikas and Vivek,
All proposals are delivered to the client. As Jennifer pointed out it may take a bit of time for the proposal list to update and for recent proposals to show. Also, the client may need to click "Load More" to see more proposals.
