I have submitted my work to my client via their website as the work required was a face recording with audio, essentially like a mini interview. They had some requirements that had to be checked off such as 4k resolution using a video checker which could only be done on their website so I submitted my work through there, now that I have submitted my work, they have gone unresponsive.
While I was trying to get support, UpWork has made it IMPOSSIBLE for me to get support. It first asks me to contact support through the chatbot, where a ticket could be raised after a supposed number of tries. However, I could be on there for numerous questions and the only thing that the chatbot brings me back to is, the chatbot itself. Please fix this UpWork, it should not be that difficult to request for human support. Thank you.

You should always submit your results (or duplicate them) via the Upwork system. Even if you reach the stage of live support online, you need to provide evidence that the job was submitted through Upwork, not external channels.

Submit your Support request in the Support section versus the Freelancer section and they will assist.
