Client just closed a contract and I can't leave feedback

My client left great feedback and closed our contract, but I cannot leave feedback for him. The button isn't even there. The only thing there is that I can request feedback in another 30 days.

Only the first part is true, the contract isn't closed, for some reason or other the client left mid-contract feedback, which can be done every 30 days it seems. (I don't like the optics of it, they just clutter a profile.)

You or the client can end the contract. You have a bunch of open ones, many more than closed ones, are they all still active?

Not all. But I'm working on closing them, a few at a time. I learn something new every day! Thank you. You are absolutely right. 😀
