Client kicked off from UpWork

I have a client who was kicked off from UpWork because apparently, he had a behavior against the rules. I had an open contract and some Milestones remaining: This will affect negatively my Succes Rate even is not my fault?

Success rate - not, the client can't leave you a feedback and contracts with no feedback have no effect. If there is current milestone active with money in Escrow, that might get refunded, I'm not sure.
