Client made error paying me (the designer)

Hi there! I just did a job for a client at $40/hr for 2.5 hours. He came back to me not knowing how to pay so I sent him some links that are provided by the help centre. He said he could only send a bonus which was $20 and on the job review it only shows me getting paid $20 on a 3 hour job. My hours I worked also got removed from my profile. What do I do?

Hi Dylan,

On an hourly contract, you log hours and the client is automatically billed for them. You have 2.5 hours logged this week, this work week has not ended yet. Timesheet for this week will be available for the client's review next week and the payment will be released to you on Wednesday the week after. You can check the status of your payment by clicking on the 'Reports' tab and then clicking on 'Overview', funds for your work are currently in the Work in progress tab.
