Your next step is to remove all the things from your profile that aren't true. (We both know what they are, don't we...?)
The main problem is that you are selling skills (writing in languages you falsely claim to master at a native level) you don't have and your JSS clearly reflects that.

You can't change existing feedback. Only by closing contracts and generating new and better feedback can you increase the JSS.

Hi Morrison,
Thank you for your message. Please note that the change feedback option will allow changes only to public feedback. Private feedback remains on file, and cannot be edited. That said, your JSS will not be updated after updated feedback.
Thank you.

No, and it is inappropriate and unprofessional to ask clients to change feedback.
As the JSS is determined by the part of the feedback that can't be changed, the JSS can't be manipulated by asking clients to change their feedback.
This is by design.

Sorry, I made a mistake there. A client can change their feedback, if you allow them to do so. They then have 14 days to change it. Here's where it explains how to do that.

No, it won't change your JSS at all.

Yes, but not until the next update. What is your JSS now?

Sorry to ask ,but is a kind of urgent If your Upwork client and Previous clients decides to delete the bad review the gave as feedback on work done after making all neccessary amendment on the job for it to meet the client satisfication and the decide to compansate the freelancer by deleting the bad review given initially and giving the freelancer a Good 5 Star rating with a Good re-view can these help to boost and increase your JSS of the freelancer profile and will it reflects on the JSS of the freelancers profile?

If you want to keep your JSS in double figures, go easy on the Burmese proofreading.

re: "If a client's change there feedback and gives you a positive feedback with

as possible?"
If a client leaves feedback... and then the freelancer ENABLES the client to CHANGE feedback... then it is possible for the client to change only the PUBLIC feedback. The client can not change private feedback. It is unlikely that any change made by the client will change JSS.

I have two jobs right now
If the client gives me a positive feedback and a 5 Star rating as a result of the quality of work I delivered to them
Can there positive feedback and 5 star rating boost my JSS on my profile

*What do you mean by Go easy on Burmese Proofreading*
You don't speak Burmese. That's one perfectly good reason for not taking on jobs to proofread Burmese text.
The whole problem with your low JSS is caused by you claiming to have skills you don't have and accepting work you can't complete to the level you promise.

Well, the whole thing is a great example to other freelancers who are unsure of how to use upwork correctly.
1. Never misrepresent your skills. That will always end in unhappy clients and bad feedback.
2. Just because a job requires a certain location, never change your location. That alone is an offense that can lead to immediate suspension.
3. Never accept a job where the job title is unrelated to your skills. Ironically, the Burmese proofreading job is the only one with good public feedback, but even that doesn't do you any good, because people will be scratching their heads and wondering why you even accepted a job that you are unskilled for. But you say, it was something entirely different anyway. Ok, then you should have asked the client (before accepting the job) to change the job title to what the task really was. Too late to do that now.
4. Even if both your current jobs ended with really good private feedback, your JSS would improve at the next update, but not by enough to get to a good percentage.
Your assessment that you will not find new clients with this rating is very reasonable. The only good news for you is that the JSS calculation windows are 6/12/24 months, meaning that the rating disappears from a profile 2 years after the last feedback. At that point you could try again, but of course your unfavorable work history would still be there. Don't even think about creating a new profile. This is the exact reason why this is not allowed - so that people can't hide their prior work history. That would get you suspended immediately.

I still have some open contract which am working on
And my communication with the clients is great and the are happy on the quality of works am delivering to them right away
If these clients end up giving me positive feedback and a good 5 star
I hope it will definitely increase my JSS
Thanks for your response

Thing is, you probably thought you delivered good work and the client was happy with the other contracts too? Nobody who takes upwork seriously would do anything else, right?
There is a chance you might be misjudging the current clients too.

Thanks alot am going to do my best to ensure that my client are 100% satisfied with the quality of work I deliver to them
I believe when quality work is being delivered the client will give a positive feedback and a good 5 Star rating

Morrison A wrote:I believe when quality work is being delivered the client will give a positive feedback and a good 5 Star rating
Of course. **when quality work is being delivered**
So why were your previous clients so incredibly unhappy that their unhappiness resulted in one of the lowest JSS scores anyone has ever seen on Upwork?
Are you saying that you deliberately delivered such bad work, but intend to do better in future?
