Well, I told you when you thought it would be 90% or more...

Your next step is to remove all the things from your profile that aren't true. (We both know what they are, don't we...?)
The main problem is that you are selling skills (writing in languages you falsely claim to master at a native level) you don't have and your JSS clearly reflects that.

Well, the whole thing is a great example to other freelancers who are unsure of how to use upwork correctly.
1. Never misrepresent your skills. That will always end in unhappy clients and bad feedback.
2. Just because a job requires a certain location, never change your location. That alone is an offense that can lead to immediate suspension.
3. Never accept a job where the job title is unrelated to your skills. Ironically, the Burmese proofreading job is the only one with good public feedback, but even that doesn't do you any good, because people will be scratching their heads and wondering why you even accepted a job that you are unskilled for. But you say, it was something entirely different anyway. Ok, then you should have asked the client (before accepting the job) to change the job title to what the task really was. Too late to do that now.
4. Even if both your current jobs ended with really good private feedback, your JSS would improve at the next update, but not by enough to get to a good percentage.
Your assessment that you will not find new clients with this rating is very reasonable. The only good news for you is that the JSS calculation windows are 6/12/24 months, meaning that the rating disappears from a profile 2 years after the last feedback. At that point you could try again, but of course your unfavorable work history would still be there. Don't even think about creating a new profile. This is the exact reason why this is not allowed - so that people can't hide their prior work history. That would get you suspended immediately.

I still have some open contract which am working on
And my communication with the clients is great and the are happy on the quality of works am delivering to them right away
If these clients end up giving me positive feedback and a good 5 star
I hope it will definitely increase my JSS
Thanks for your response

Thing is, you probably thought you delivered good work and the client was happy with the other contracts too? Nobody who takes upwork seriously would do anything else, right?
There is a chance you might be misjudging the current clients too.

Thanks alot am going to do my best to ensure that my client are 100% satisfied with the quality of work I deliver to them
I believe when quality work is being delivered the client will give a positive feedback and a good 5 Star rating

Of course. **when quality work is being delivered**
So why were your previous clients so incredibly unhappy that their unhappiness resulted in one of the lowest JSS scores anyone has ever seen on Upwork?
Are you saying that you deliberately delivered such bad work, but intend to do better in future?
