Client mistakenly sends me the refund request

After approval of the milestone, the client mistakenly sends me the refund request and now we wanted to cancel it.

but he cant and when I check it out it does not have any option to cancel or decline from my end as well.

It already paid me from escrow ac.

just wanted to know if I ignore it, will that be any problem in the long run for my JSS as clint and I don't have any issue with the payment it just a mistake  😄

Hello Amol,

 

Please communicate with the client about the refund request on your contract and if they confirm that it was initiated accidentally then you can just ignore that request.

We discussed and Clint dose not have a problem but if i just ignore the requeste is there any impact on my profile from Upwork?
