Client name hired you for the position job title

So Normally it says " Your contract has started" when you get a new job but this morning when i got my new project it stated " you are hired for the POSITION Job title " Can somebody help me in understand what does it mean.

Hi Muhammad,

 

Sorry about the delayed response. Clients can set a start date for the contract when sending an offer and that date can be different from the day the freelancer accepts the offer. If the contract start date is in the future, the notification would say "you're hired for the position." When the contract actually starts, the notification will say "your contract has started."
