Client no longer responds

I have been working for my client for a few months now and I get paid per milestone almost weekly, however for over 3 weeks now, my client has been unresponsive and owes me over $300... what is the best path to follow without upsetting my client?

Clients are not required to respond.

Submit your work using the Submit Work button. You get paid AUTOMATICALLY. 

ALL of the money in escrow is released to you.

So there is no issue. The client does not owe you money, because all of the money goes to you if the client doesn't respond.

If a task is not funded in escrow, you don't do the task.
