Client not able to release fund from active milestone

Offer accepted, Work done and submitted successfully. 


But now the client iss facing an issue releasing the payment. He is getting this message. 

Error happened during processing milestone. Please contact customer support for assistance: support@upwork.com


Can anyone suggest what is supposed to be done with this error.

It sounds like there may be an issue with the client's payment method or Upwork's payment processing system. In this case, the best course of action would be to contact Upwork customer support for assistance.

You can either email support@upwork.com or use the live chat feature on the Upwork website to get in touch with a support representative. They should be able to investigate the issue and provide guidance on how to resolve it.

Thank you for reaching out. To add to what Sanaullah said, it is best that the client contacts the support team as they would have to resolve this from their end. No action is needed on your end.
