Client not able to view attached / summation file in fixed budget jobs

Hi all,

During my many fixed type job I had found this issue which I am going to report here.

Whenever I am attaching submission file as milestone.

Most case many clients say "I don’t able to find attached file"

one of recent incident i had attached as screenshot.

I am reporting here to bring more attention to development team Smiley Happy

Yes! I get that often as well. Not every time, it seems, but often. If I submit in the messages they seem to get it but not through the official submit button.

Exactly why I submit both through the platform and email.  The platform is unbelievably shaky lately.
