Ask your clients to use proper credit cards. Prepaid card or virtual cards etc are not accepted.

No That's Not a Problem My client already using the same card on Upwork for the last 1 year my payment is already processed from Upwork but I am not getting in my bank
And in your case, I think the client using a virtual debit card or something that's why it's not authorized
ask you client use Debit card or credit card not virtual cards
