Client not ending the contract even after completion of work

Hello,

I recently completed my first job on Upwork. The client has also done the payment 3 days ago. 

I asked him twice since then to give me a feedback and end the contract. But he is not responding to any message.

Can Upwork notify the client on his email id about my request?
