I started this fixed price contract on March 26. The client whom I did it for isn't responding. They were waiting for their client to respond. It's always "We're scheduling a meeting with them this week...". I've fixed every error they've sent to me.
We use Trello to manage tasks and everything is waiting for the people I'm contracted with for approval. There are currently 19 cards open. The only two pages remaining are waiting for info from the client.
The last communication was on the 16th of June. To see when I was going to get paid. It's been 2 months since the last work was done.
Any suggestions to how I can handle it?

Clients are not required to respond.
As a freelancer, I get paid automatically when a client doesn't respond and does nothing.
If a freelancer does not get paid when a client does nothing, then it means that the freelancer is using the Upwork platform incorrectly.

My client's not said anything since mid-May. When I email them I get the "We're having a meeting with (their) client next week". 3 times now. The money is in escrow and I'd like to get paid but I'm really frustrated. Is there some way to pressure, my client, into responding?

In case you missed the question but Nichola asked you last time you asked:
Sorry if this is an obvious question, but when you delivered the work, did you press the submit button for payment to be released?

John, you don't get paid by sending clients email messages.
You get paid by clicking the Submit button.
Mid-May is six weeks ago. If I was the freelancer, and if the client is truly non-responsive as you say, then I would have been paid one month ago.
If necessary, you need to do this, but only after you try clicking Submit and then waiting for auto-release:
