Client not responding

I had a deal of $750 with my client for making a website, he said he wanted extra logos, so he added 100$ more, hes paid me only 400, ive delivered him the logos, and the website and he hasnt responded at all!! he hasnt activated the last milestone and hes just gone
What can i do to get my remaining 450 dollars ?

Nothing. If you hand over work without any funded milestone in place, you can't do anything, unfortunately. 

Any unpaid work is yours though, and the client can't use it.
