A client hired me for small $10 project. He put $5 in escrow. He paid 1st milestone. now he is not responding I have already completed project. I cannot end project as there isn't any amount in escrow.
What should I do now?

There's nothing you can do unless the client funds another milestone. Any work you did on an unfunded milestone was speculative. You may or may not be paid for it. Put it aside and move on to the next job until the client comes back, if ever.

You can just end the contract, the client probably won't come back.

This was a $5.00 contract. Accept that. Do not try to get paid more for this project.
Close the contract yourself and do not think about this any more.
