Client not responsive after sending contract

Hi Upwork, please i need guidance on what to do next. I got invited on a job recently. I want through the interview process, i signed an NDA and finally was offerred an hourly contract.
But close to six days, the client is no longer responsive but she comes online daily and the contract is still very active.
I sent couple of messages for days now for client to send to me the files i am to work on, but no response, but she is online and there is activity on the job since new people are being hired because the job required ten people.
Please what should i do now?
Will it be illegal for me to start tracking time using the Upwork time tracker, should i cancel the contract or should i just sit and wait for the year she will decide to tell me watsup?
