Client not taking any action on the application

Hi there!

It's been 20 days since I bid for a job and consumed 6 credit points. But the client hasn't taken any action! No update, nothing. S(he) is not even active on Upwork since then. Check out the attached screenshot.

May I get my credits back in such a situation?

No, you won't get your connects back unless the client closes the job without hiring or Upwork closes it on a TOS violation. You can't tell by that summary on the job post whether the client's been active or not or even whether or not they've hired someone.
