If I choose to stop working for a client (for various reasons) and have reached a milestone which the client has released payment for, do I still get paid or do I lose out on the work done so far?

Yep! You do. However its not recommended since that client will probably give you a horrid review if you cancel a contract mid-sprint.

Now what is the minimum that must be in my account for you to send it to PayPal?
