I submitted a finished job to a client today. She has received my work and approves of it.
She asked me how she is supposed to pay Upwork.
Is there a link or other information I can send her?

Do you have a Contract? When you go to your My Jobs Page - is it under "Active Contracts?" If so, is it hourly or fixed rate?
If you did everythig correctly payment is really automatic...
"Where is my money?"

There is no need for her to pay since you have no contract.
I highly recommend that you spend some time to make yourself familiar with Upwork and read the ToS. Avoid to work with unexperienced clients until you know how it works.
Maybe Petra will pop in an share her chart with you.
If the client is willing to pay, she needs to place the money in escrow, hire you, and then release the payment to you.

The client needs to select the hire freelancer button next to your name and fill in the appropriate information, then you will be sent an offer. You must accept the offer. Then, you'll need to submit a request for payment. Then, you can get paid.
