Client raised a dispute and ended the contract

Hey Upworkers, 

One of my client has raised the dispute and ended the contract, will it affect the profile even I refund the amound (for dispute raised). He was active since 2018 and given 1 star. I have run 11 hours in total and he disputed for 5 hours, so If I refund for these 5 hours then will the rating remove or remian the same?

Please assist me!

Refunding part of the money won't change anything on your profile. If you refund all of the money, you can have the public feedback for this job removed. But the private feedback will remain, and will affect your job success score when you get one.

You could lessen the effects on your job success score by closing other contracts and getting good feedback that will offset the bad feedback from this job.
