Client raised a dispute and he is not responsive or showed any proof for his claims

Hello,

 

I am a top-rated freelance so I am very keen to have excellent communication with clients and top work quality.

 

A new client raised a dispute and he is not responsive or showed any proof for his claims. He always replies after the deadline, and without showing any proof for his claims. I always reply before the deadline, and with screenshots and proof.

I kindly want Upwork to solve this ASAP.
