Dors anyone know if a client can still give a rating to a freelancer several weeks after job closed with sucessful completion?
Clients and freelancers both have 14 days after the contract ended to leave feedback.
After the 14-day period, if either parties want to leave feedback, they'd have to ask the other party to enable the option to revise or add late feedback. If the other party does not consent, then they can't leave feedback.

The feedback process and timeline haven't changed, please check Katherine's reply and refer to this Help Article. The freelancer would need to enable the option for the client to leave their private and public feedback after the 14-day period expires.
Ok so if the 14-day period expires, the client can only leave private feedback if the freelancer enables them to do so, right?

Vlad, my question was can a client leave private feedback after 14 days, and you answered they could. Your help link does not address this.
Can you please tell us if there is a time limit on the private feedback.
Vladimir did answer your question in his post. Specifically, in the last sentence he said:
"The freelancer would need to enable the option for the client to leave their private and public feedback after the 14-day period expires."
I assumed that, since you replied to Katherine's comment, you were asking if a client can also leave private feedback in addition to the public one after their freelancer enables the option, following the expiration of the 14-day interval. No need for apologies, we can both write it off to Monday morning .
