I'll be happy to help you, but I was unable to identify the client you are referring to. Are you referring to a client that is yet to create a Direct Contract with you? Could you please share the Contract ID for our team's reference so that we can assist you further?

I sent contract to my client using Direct contract feature, he is not on Upwork but he get this error which I shared with you. Here is the link of that contract
