The dispute as such will not affect your JSS, but the client's feedback will (for better or for worse) - that has already been left so it makes no difference as far as impact goes whether you dispute or not.
If you did the work correctly, you deserve to be paid.

It sounds like the client doesn't see you as a person, but is just pushing buttons thinking "maybe I can get free money!"
A client who tries to get a refund after you have already provided the work is unprofessional, unethical, and immoral.
