Client's Profile - "This Profile is no Longer available"

Hi Community!

I got a sudden offer from a client on a Job I never sent a proposal on. It was a direct offer and I can't see any proposal related to that. It was an hourly-based project and chatted with the client and it was a simple task related to SEO, then he asked me to add him on Skype, He told me the details and I accepted the offer and the contract started.
Now the issue is that if I click on the client's profile and there is an option to visit it, it goes to the link of "Upwork/freelancer" that is no longer available.

I am confused that should I start doing the work or not?

After that, the client is not available on Upwork rather he uses Skype to communicate.

Please help me with this.

Hi Rizwan,

I tried but was not able to replicate this on my end. Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with a different browser to see if the issue persists?

Please note that it is not against our TOS to communicate with your client outside of Upwork now that you have an active contract. However, it was a violation to do this before you were hired.
