Recently a client reported that she is trying to hire me but sees "suspended" on her account whenever clicking on the "Hire" button.
Firstly, if the client's account is suspended, why was I able to submit a proposal on their project? I just submitted the proposal 48 hours ago. Moreover, why am I still able to connect with the client on PMB?
If anyone has faced a similar issue, kindly guide me on what the issue could be. Otherwise, it'd be great if an Upwork Team member can assist me.
