Client's feedback after 14 days

Hi All,

A few months ago I completed a project and I ended the contract and gave feedback to the client, but the client did not give me feedback that time, now the client wants to give me feedback, but the client can not see the feedback option, what is the solution please?

Hi Syed,

The clients are unable to provide feedback if 14 days have passed after the contract was ended, you will need to enable this option manually. To do that, open the Contract, go to the Feedback section and click "Enable client to change feedback" (as demonstrated in the attachment).
