Hello, Everyone.
One problem I'm facing and that is from client's feedback.
You know what happened.? My clients are happy from my work and all other stuff.
But when they close the contract then they said No one is perfect and they give us less than 5 stars.
So, what should we do for that because Up-work will give us low JSS based on that less than 5 stars feedback.
But here they are not understand the Up-work policy.
So, why Up-work's are not count above 4 stars..? they count 5 star only and my JSS is going down.

You should quit using Upwork. You'll never be sure of the client's review.

You should ask yourself why the client felt the quality is only worth 3 stars.

re: “But when they close the contract then they said No one is perfect”
This is factually correct.
re: “and they give us less than 5 stars.”
Good.
All clients should be willing to give freelancers less than five stars.
re: “So, what should we do for that because Upwork will give us low JSS based on that less than 5 stars feedback.”
This is not true.
re: “But here they are not understand the Upwork policy.”
This is not true. The client understands Upwork policy, but the freelancer does not.
re: “why Upwork's are not count above 4 stars..? they count 5 star only”
This is not true.

No, the JSS is basically calculated by the private comments of the client. The stars are basically "decorative".
If the client gave you 4.10 stars, it is because they were not really happy.
And if the client gave you 3 in quality and 4 in communication, skills and deadline ..., the private comments will not have been too good.

You know what happened.?
We were work together for more than 6 months.
And in that we have done many projects very well. But in last project for which I had add 10 hrs on our hourly contract.
So, for last projects they tell me just do whatever the given markup. So I had done all things as per their markup. I also show him that we have solve their all markups.
So just understand if I did more than 10 projects for him every thing was ok and last project will not ok (as per their mind otherwise I have done it's correctly.) then they have just close the contract as per my request after 2 weeks.
And you can see they wrote good lines on feedback but just give me 4.1 stars.
So what we can do..?
How Up-work can decide that our skill and works were ok or not..? based on that we will get less JSS. this is very dangerous for freelancer whole hard work and their Up-work business.

Same answer as the last time you complained about this:
If you don't want to work in an environment where your customers are permitted to leave a review, then Upwork is not the place for you.
Client reviews are a very well-known risk of the platform.

You know, it doesn't matter.
Anant M wrote:How Up-work can decide that our skill and works were ok or not..?
Upwork don't decide anything. Your client's feedback is calculated into your JSS.
Anant M wrote:then they have just close the contract as per my request after 2 weeks.
Why did you request them to close the contract? Had you closed the contract yourself, the client likely wouldn't have left any feedback at all.

I was thinking if my contract will open without any activity then it will effect on my JSS.
That's why I had request them that if you have more work then let me know otherwise just close the contract because if my contract will open without any activity then it will effect on my JSS. That's it nothing else.
But now I see, I think if after long time if my client will not close contract and I close it then may be that "no feedback given" will not count in JSS. Right..?

It doesn't. That also doesn't explain why you asked the client to close the contract, KNOWING they weren't 100% happy. Why didn't you just close it yourself?
Anant M wrote:That's why I had request them just close the contract because if my contract will open without any activity then it will effect on my JSS.
You lied to the client on top of everything else.... Contracts with no activity have no effect on the JSS. You completely mismanaged this. You should have just ended the contract, or left it alone.

Contracts that are closed without feedback have no effect on the JSS.
