Client's feedback not showing even after 14-days

Hi Everyone,

On Feb 4th, one of my clients ended our contract as we couldn't develop a possible solution for the requirements. It was my 5th job on Upwork. We gave each other a five-star rating; the client even left me a good review. It was showing on my profile the next day.

On Feb 5th, I refunded the client his money back and then the review disappear from my profile. Now even 14-days have passed, but the feedback isn't showing up?

What is the possible problem?

Reviews show only for contracts with earnings. You refund all earnings the feedback gets removed.
